- Returns must be sent using a shipping method with tracking information, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
Non-Returnable Items

Return Process

- Ship the Item Back: If your return is approved, we will provide the return address and instructions. Ensure the item is shipped using a method with tracking information. Returns without a tracking code will not be accepted.
- Refund or Exchange: Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected within 3-5 business days. If an exchange is requested, a replacement will be issued. If you requested a refund, it will be processed accordingly.
Return Charges
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will cover return shipping costs and issue a full refund.
- If the return is due to customer error (e.g., ordering the wrong item or changing your mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- No restocking fees will be charged.
Refunds

Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled for free if you contact us before the item is shipped. Once the parcel has been shipped, we cannot cancel the order.
